LOW PRESSURE AREA SPOTTED NEAR ZAMBOANGA

At 2:00 p.m today, the Low Pressure Area was estimated (LPA) based on satellite and surface data at 130 km Northwest of Zamboanga City (8.0°N, 119.4°E). Tail-end of a cold front affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.
