30 MILLION IRANIANS WERE BLOCKED FROM EMAILS AND WEB


Base on the latest report, Iran is now blocking 30 millions from email and web. This is as part of the preparation for the upcoming election that was scheduled next week. They implemented this because Iran government leaders is hoping for a "Clean Internet" election.

The capital of Iran, Tehran, already started the first step last February 09, 2012 by filtering the key words being passed through the web. They would want also to terminate access to sites that use Secure Socket Layers or SSL. SSL is a type of webn protocol which has the capability to ebcrypt information over the web. This SSL is now being used by some biggest names in the internet, Google and Facebook. To identify SSL, its url is starting with "https" instead of "http" only.
