Almost everyone in the Philippines did stop for a moment just to listen to the Third State of the Nation Address (SONA) by President Benigno S. Aquino III.
On his 3rd SONA, Mr. President mentioned all the things that his administration had accomplished just for a span of two years. He also mentioned some incredible promises with a time line. Promises like before he will end his term, all lands under Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program or CARP will be given to the farmers. He also promised that next year, we will no longer be importing rice from other countries. Instead, we will be exporting to them.

But the most high-lighted topic discussed by Mr. President is his war against corruption. He said that we may forgive but we can never forget. He added that we can forgive those who have sinned but they must pay the consequences.
Mostly of the Filipinos were happy of his SONA. But there are still others who gave him a low grade for they believe everything that Pinoy said of his third SONA was just words and nothing is true.
