Maximum Security Compound of "New Bilibid Prisons" Got Breached?

Issue
Last August 15, an inmate  named Rolito Go was allegedly being kidnapped. His family confirmed it for the reason that the kidnappers already ask for a ransom money. But when Go was found, he said that he was just able to escape from those people who kidnapped him.

At the same date when Rolito Go was allegedly been kidnapped, another inmate was discovered to be missing. It was Rommel Laciste who was convicted by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) in Isabela, Philippines for murder. Justice Secretary Leila de Lima who is the current head of the National Bilibid Prisons (NBP) already ordered a manhunt. She said that Laciste is an escapee, therefore he can be a valid subject for a manhunt.

Reaction
I'm not sure what happened. I'm not sure if Go was telling the truth. But what I'm sure about is that there's a lack of what they claimed to be a "Maximum security compound" of the New Bilibid Prisons. My question here is what really had happened? Let's say Go really had been kidnapped. How is it possible that the kidnappers was able to get inside the said to be "Maximum Security Compound" and kidnapped Go?

Not just one but "two" inmates was able to got out from that prison? If that so, you shouldn't claim that NBP is a maximum security compound. And if you stand that claimed, be sure to not to happen this incident again. PROVE IT!
