Did Juan Manuel Marquez really cheated during the fight against Manny Pacquiao?

News had scatterd around the globe that Marquez did cheat during his third bout against Pacquiao. A You Tube video show and emphasize marquez stepping on Manny's foot for atleast 5 times. Expert says that it is normal for a bout of an orthodox against a southpaw fighter. It can't be help that from time to time their feet will tangled along the game. But as the expert review the replay of Pacquiao vs. Marquez III bout, it is obvious that Marquez did it on purpose. Two or Three times might be considered as accident. But 5 times? Those can no longer be considered as accident.

Base on the score board, Marquez got a higher points than Pacquiao during the 6, 7, and 8 rounds. But base on the video, Marquez also did stepped on Pacquiao's foot ones during of each rounds. And also twice during the 12 round.

But eventhough Marquez did cheat, Manny proved that he still have the gots to win no matter how the opponent will cheat.
