MARQUEZ DID CHEAT DURING HIS 3rd FIGHT AGAINST PACQUIAO

Did Juan Manuel Marquez really cheated during the fight against Manny Pacquiao?

News had scatterd around the globe that Marquez did cheat during his third bout against Pacquiao. A You Tube video show and emphasize marquez stepping on Manny's foot for atleast 5 times. Expert says that it is normal for a bout of an orthodox against a southpaw fighter. It can't be help that from time to time their feet will tangled along the game. But as the expert review the replay of Pacquiao vs. Marquez III bout, it is obvious that Marquez did it on purpose. Two or Three times might be considered as accident. But 5 times? Those can no longer be considered as accident.

Base on the score board, Marquez got a higher points than Pacquiao during the 6, 7, and 8 rounds. But base on the video, Marquez also did stepped on Pacquiao's foot ones during of each rounds. And also twice during the 12 round.

But eventhough Marquez did cheat, Manny proved that he still have the gots to win no matter how the opponent will cheat.

PUERTO PRINCESA SUBTERRANEAN RIVER NATIONAL PARK

The Puerto Princesa subterranean river National Park is one of the most important protected areas in the Philippines and is designated as a core area of Palawan Biosphere reserved. It was established as the St. Paul Subterranean National Park on March 26, 1971 by vertue of presidential proclimation 853. It was created primarily to protect and preserve the outstanding biophysical properties of the area. However, studies later concluded that the size was not sufficient the long term viability of the park. This was resolved by the signing of Presidential Proclamation 212 on November 12, 1990. The said proclamation amended the park boundery to include community buffer zones and change its name to Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park to properly identify it with the area. It is now comprises an area of 22, 202 hectares including the original 3, 901 hectares as a core zones.

The Park is best known for the existence of an intensive underground river system. It also protect significant old growth tropical considered by experts to be among the most biologically diverse ecosystemin the world. So far, more than 800 plant species have been identified including some 295 trees dominated by the dipterocarp type species. The park is also a home to 90 species of birds, 30 species of mammals, 18 species of reptiles, 10 species of amphibians and a large number of insect speciesin recognition of its high conservation value, the United nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has inscribed the park to the list of World Heritage Site.

The park is managed by the City Government of Puerto Princesa under a Program of Sustainable Development Centered on Environment. It is being managed by the City Through Multisectoral Protected Area Management Board or PAMB. Its mission is "Conserve the Park into its Natural State."

PACQUIAO vs. MARQUEZ III - CONTROVERSIAL WINNING

Manny Pacquiao won against his great boxing rival, Juan Manuel Marquez on there third match last Sunday, November 13 (Manila time), 2011 held at MGM Grand Garden Arena, Paradise, Nevada, USA.

But most of the viewers were not satisfied of the decision of the judges. For Judge Glenn Trowbridge, he scores 116 - 112 while Judge Dave Moretti is 115 - 113 and 114 - 114 from Judge Robert Hoyle who's the only one that called it as a draw.

Filipinos were very happy that Pacquiao won the fight. But mostly says that it would be much better if the Judges called it a draw. For all the viewers cold say if who would be the real winner. Some Filipinos said that they would be more proud if it's a draw or Marquez won the fight. Some of them also said that Judges let Pacquiao won because he the on the top rank. But if it happens that he was on the lower rank than Marquez, he would have loose the fight.
